I knew where to look when I entered the store but could not find what I was looking for and I had left my note with the model number at home A Customer Service person came over as I was standing there came over and asked if they could help. He typed in the name of the copier that I required an ink cartridge for and I was able to locate on his computer. Checkout was fast and efficient and they checked to see if I collected points. I was in and out in 10 mins.

    I did visit the store downtown on Yonge St but it was too far so I tried the store I purchased at.
    My first try win Richmond Hill but you were remodelling.
    At your Store in Aurora I was able to purchase the GPS i wanted and the camera I wanted.
    Both of these items were stolen from my car when it was stolen.
    Again, another fantastic experience with another great representative who helped me find everything I wanted to replace my stolen good.s

  11. we were looking to buy a TV on a Sunday it was busy, Madhav from store #953 was so very helpful it took us nearly 2 hours but we have never had the exceptional service that we received from this gentleman. we will not hesitate to look for him again should we ever need help again. Also Mike the supervisor/manager was great and we were very grateful to him as well.

I purchased a warranty on a laptop the laptop was stolen I asked if I could be refunded the warranty I received two messages to come in to get my refund when I went to the store on St James I had to explain my situation 3 times to 4 different staff. They couldn’t give me the refund bc I had a new bank card they said they needed the original bank card that I made the purchase with. I just got this new bank card cause the last one got bent and wouldn’t work anymore. They said they could give me a gift card. I said no I want the refund I was promised. I was very frustrated having to explain over and over my situation and left the store with no refund and no gift card. What can I do to get the refund I was promised?

  13. cut the staffs salary and give them a commission more like the car sales person. This may give them mores incentive to meet the customer and sales may go up.
