  2. Spent a lot of time of time at Lowe’s over the last month or so buying gardening and paving supplies. All of your associates are very helpful, but there are 2 who stand out to me. They are both in the garden center. The first is a gentleman named Arthur, he goes above and beyond all the time. He is always very courteous, extremely helpful and always pleasent. Arthur makes Lowe’s look good. The second person is the gardening section manager unfortunately I can’t recall her name. When I’ve been in other places the managers are not as proactive towards customer service as she is.

  3. I recently placed an order for two louver doors to be installed. I made the mistake of ordering slab doors instead of louver doors. Mr Russell placed the order and I paid and left. I drove about four miles when I realized my mistake. I returned to the store and explained to Mr. Russell what I had done. He very patiently cancel the first order and placed an order for the louver doors. I apologized to him for all of the trouble I had caused him and he just smiled and said “don’t worry about it” Mr. Russell is truly a credit to Lowes.
