  1. This website has many flaws. I have been trying to get on this website since I sign up for
The Dual Complete HMO SNP plan. I had an UnitedHealthCare Advantage Plan before I signed up with the Dual Complete Plan. This sounded so good because it offered Dental, Vision and Health Care Products Catalog and more. Just too good to pass up. Of course immediately I went to the UHC website ready to sign up for online access to my NEW plan account. Well guess what, the new plan doesn’t allow for online access to your account. Are you kidding me???? I tried for hours to enter my information, name birth date, membership ID, Group Number. What did I get, ERROR we can’t find your information please try again. Over the past 1 1/2 years I have continually tried to sign on to Dual Complete, I’ve spent hours, lots of hours, talking to CS reps and it’s always we can’t locate your information or this plan does not offer online access. Other than my PCP, my internal medicine and orthopedic physicians don’t accept this plan. No colonoscopy even though I was told five years ago that I shouldn’t wait the recommended 10 years for the follow up check but should have it checked again at the five year mark. I understand that many people have life threatening illnesses. I feel like I was goaded into taking this plan by the agent that it would be better for me in the end, but the fact is that I don’t even have online access to my information, your customer service is awful at least as far as this plan is concerned.
