How can you Use the Patient UK EMIS Access System?
For new users of the service you will need the registration letter from your last visit to the doctor to sign up. The information given on the letter is pertaining your previous surgery and it needs to be inputted into the website to help them serve you well.
You will also be needing the Access ID, PracticeID and password.
